12. Ohio Beginning in 2018- you will need a degree from a CACREP accredited school to obtain a license in Ohio. LPCs coming in from another state will most likely have to meet additional requirements if they obtained a degree from a regionally accredited program but wish to practice in Ohio after 2018.
