Toksook Bay, AK Established in 1964 Population: 611 Community members reside in the village.
Location of Toksook Bay 115 miles southwest from Bethel, AK One of 3 villages located in Nelson Island
Toksook Bay roads Approximately 4 miles of dirt road Road dust problems mainly on months of May to September Roads were developed in the early 1970s

Mr. Felix with his testimony on the Dust Control Project – “Winga assikellruaqa, neqet pitekelluki. Imumitestun ayuqenrituq. Utumarirpallruuq.” – Translation: Personally, I thought this project was great towards reducing the road dust. Especially for the subsistence food that we dry in fish racks. The road dust problem is not like before. This project helped reduce our road dust problem here in our community
