To Organize and Integrate Ideas: Construct models showing relationships between ideas! ● Interpretive Structural Models ● Field Representations ● One Page Management System (OPMS) Implement the models! A quick ‘live’ OPMS session on a real issue chosen by participants (NOT a full-scale workshop!) can be conducted during a 2- hour presentation. Full-scale workshops conducted over 1 day and 2 days Where participants cannot not all come together at the same place at the same time, a workshop can be conducted over the Internet. Such workshops will necessarily have to be spread out over several weeks, with participants entering into discussion mode for, say, an hour at a time several times a week.
