Somat0 = body, Respiratory = breath, Integration = integration of your breath and body. These exercises utilise focused attention, the breath, movement of the body and energy. They are connection exercises to increase your awareness of what is happening in your body spine/ nervous system and life. It is aimed at helping you to feel more and therefore help your higher brain to send healing instantly. In the process we access energy that has been blocked/avoided/stored and use it for transformation and healing. There are 12 Stages of Healing –and each relates to tension patterns and levels of care in NSA. They all serve with equal importance, no one being ‘better’ than any other stage. All stages, once experienced at NCC, can be done at home on your own any time to connect to the tension patterns, access the healing energy/wisdom and re-organize/ update your nervous system effortlessly and easily in a safe environment. Jennifer Hollstrom DC will be facilitating SRI sessions at NCC and will be happy to answer any of your questions. Please call NCC to book SRI stages of healing. The sooner you feel it, the sooner you can heal it. I look forward to working with you! What is NSA? Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is the Chiropractic Technique we use here at NCC. NSA is an evidenced-based approach to wellness and body awareness. Precise, gentle touch applications to the spine cue the brain to promote new wellness strategies. We call this a Spinal Entrainment. The application of NSA refines self-regulation of spinal cord tension patterns (we teach you how to connect to your body’s needs). Greater awareness of self, and conscious awakening of the relationships between the body, mind, emotion and expression of the human spirit are realized through NSA care. NSA incorporates the movement of the body, the movement and health of the spinal fluid, the awareness of breath, the movement of energy in the body and focused attention. The healthy functioning of the organs, the alignment of the skeleton and extremities, the flexibility or tension in the muscles and ligaments and most importantly the co-ordination of all of these systems by the central nervous system.
