These "Partner administrators" will be in charge of creating the user accounts for all staff of the partner and working as local contact to solve IT issues together with the IT helpdesk of the EACI. Please send the first name, the last name, the telephone number and the email address of your "Partner administrator". Indicate in the title of your message your FirstClass identification or your contract number as well as your country and local reference. The sooner we get your contact details, the sooner you will be connected to BCD and BBS. The information will only be taken into consideration if you send it from your FirstClass account to the address "THD" (which you can do by replying to this message).
