Figure 1S – Growth phenotypes of IM69 (∆atmA), MV3 (∆npkA), IM69-3 (∆atmA ∆npkA), MRE (mreA::pyr4), IM69-RE (∆atmA mreA::pyr4), APk35 (ankA), IM69-35 (∆atmA ankA), A776 (bimE7), and IM (∆atmA bimE7). Conidia from these strains were inoculated and percentage of radial growth inhibition was evaluated after growth for 72 hours at 30 o C. The results are the average of four repetitions.
