Sample Advertising reaches people through varied forms of mass communication. These media include newspapers, magazines, television, radio and outdoor signs. Advertisers buy space in newspaper and magazine to publish their ads. They buy time on television and radio to broadcast their commercials. One of the several advantages is that most adults read a daily newspaper, and many of them specifically check the ads for information about products, services, or special sales.

A main advantage of television to advertisers is that it brings sight, sound and action directly to consumers in their home. And one advantage of advertising on radio is that people can listen to programmes while doing other things, such as driving a car or working a car or working at home. Magazines are usually read in a leisurely manner and are often kept for weeks or months before being discarded. While large, colorful outdoor signs, which people pass by repeatedly, easily attract attention. Other ways of advertising include the use of transportation signs, window displays, point of sale displays, telephone directories and novelties.

Well received by both students and teachers, nowadays, cooperative learning plays an increasingly important part of students’ learning. It is a successful teaching strategy in which small teams, each with students of different levels of ability, use a variety of learning activities to improve their understanding of a subject. Students work together on an academic task in small groups to help themselves and their teammates learn together. Each group member makes a unique contribution to the whole group’s achievement. That is to say, the success of the group work depends on the successful work of every individual. Just as a proverb goes: “no man is an island entire of itself, every man is a part of the continent, a part of the main.” Sample

Why should we learn cooperatively? Recent research has shown that students who have opportunities to work collaboratively can not only learn faster, more effectively, but also feel more positive about learning experience. With the same goal, students often participate actively and try their best to make contributions to their group. And furthermore, it’s also a good way for students to learn essential interpersonal life skills and to develop the ability to work collaboratively.

1. Developing a peaceful, understanding, and supportive relationship between parents and children is not an easy task. Failures can and do occur at any age level, and at times the results are the abuse, neglect, and even death of children. 2. Child abuse has become a major topic in child development and an issue of much national concern. In the span of four legislative years, 1963-1967, all fifty states enacted laws calling for the reporting of injures inflicted on children. By 1973, the United States congress passed the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (Public Law 93-247). This law not only reflected the mood of concerned citizens, but it also did much to clear up the confusion and disagreement over what is child abuse. In section 3 of the law, child abuse and neglect are defined as “the physical or mental injure, sexual abuse, negligent treatment or maltreatment of a child under the age of eighteen by a person who is responsible for the child’s welfare under circumstances which indicate that the child's health or welfare is harmed or threatened thereby…”

Up to now, people become more careful when coming across strangers and are more unwilling to give them a hand. It seems that the trust between persons is in danger. For my part, we should help people who are in trouble. The reasons for my opinion are generalized into two parts. In the first place, strangers in trouble are hungry for help. Suppose a person from the countryside is lost among high buildings and crowded people in big cities, and without any one to turn to, what could he do? What’s more, as the saying goes, “depend on families when at home, count on friends when outside.” To disappoint strangers is not what we should do. Secondly, helping others is a longstanding tradition in China. From childhood, we are told to be friendly to others and strive to help people in trouble whenever they need. So, it is common for us to help people to get out of trouble From what I have stated, not only can aiding strangers help people get rid of trouble, it is also a good way to pass down our moral tradition, I do believe, for people receiving help, their heart must be full of warmth and thanks.
