Following submission, disclosures are reviewed by Chairs, Deans and the Conflict of Interest Committee. If the Committee determines that a staff member has a conflict, the staff member will be contacted and a management plan developed. The management plan will document steps being taken to prevent the outside interest from inappropriately influencing decision-making or impacting UAMS responsibilities.
