ARE YOU STRESSED?
Stress is “a factor that creates a mental, emotional, or physical strain.”
Stress is “a state of unresolved tension arising from the pressures, irritations and demands of life.”
Stress is “the gap between the demands placed on us and the strength we have in meeting those demands.”
My personal favorite Stress is :
Satan’s plan for our world today: Hurry. Worry. Bury.
“Does Jesus offer a stress free life?”

Deal with Two Major Matters that Bring You Stress.
Redeem Your Time.
Pray about Everything.
Philippians 4:6-7: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,
present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all
understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Fellowship with Other Believers.
Romans 15:32-“That I may come to you with joy by the will of God, and may be refreshed together with you.”
Trust in Jesus.
Isaiah 40:31-“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with
wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.”
He will give us strength in adversities.
He will give us strength in opportunities.
He will give us strength in necessities.
