4 How do you know if it works? Learning and teaching is an iterative process We must evaluate our own teaching, if it is not working as we expected  If the problem is in the student, tell him immediately  If the problem is in the method, change immediately

12 Some changes I would recommend to the teacher More exercises Tea break Show more demo or real firm works e.g. 其他公司既手板 多 d notes 每個人分別比 comment 囉,因為做一個 foam 個個的方法都唔同 有電腦輔助教授更好( e.g. CAD ) Speaker faster, and more interaction 講快少少(不過好詳細) Provide more time for finishing the class work Reduce the workload after school
