What Is Cyberbullying? -Cyberbullying is when one person bullies another over the internet, phone, or by use of any other electronic means. -The bullying can range from being teased or embarrassed to being tormentend and even threatened.

19 Formspring Another way people are currently being cyberbullied is through an application (through Facebook) called Formspring. Meant for people to ask anonymous questions to the user. Because of the anonymity, people just send insults
