4 Goal 1: Enhance student outcomes through the provision of ongoing information literacy training and collaboration with faculty. Strategy 1.1: Support distance learning and student research endeavors by providing a seamless system of access to library web based resources and increase the use of electronic resources.

5 Goal 1: Enhance student outcomes through the provision of ongoing information literacy training and collaboration with faculty. Strategy 1.2: Assist colleges in efforts to improve students’ passage rate on examinations and research skills through a series of online library instruction tutorials.

9 Goal 3: Coordinate initiatives to maintain and develop the skills of library staff to meet current and anticipated requirements. Strategy 3.1: Regularly assess library organizational structure and develop staff positions to meet changing operational requirements.

Strategy 4.1: Provide information resources and library facilities to meet the needs of secondary user groups, such as alumni, consortia members and the local community.
