The scheme is jointly implemented by various govt departments namely, RDAT, State Directorate’s, DGET and NCVT. Training to be imparted through recognized and approved VTP’s. Assessments to be done by independent bodies. The scheme is free for students, whose entire money shall be refunded on successful completion of the course. More than 1400 courses are available under various sectors.
