New England The states that take up New England include Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. New England’s economy is the ocean, codfish, and shipbuilding.
Middle Colonies The middle colonies include New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The economy is agriculture, building, and blacksmiths.
Southern Colonies The Southern Colonies include Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina, and Georgia. The economy is farming, cotton picking, and tobacco.
