o Racism interferes with how we define someone as a person. o We now have a system that incarcerates African Americans twice as long as whites who are charged with identical crimes. o In some cases, white suspects are literally allowed to get away with murder. o Even in 2014 this continues as Jordan Davis a 17 year old African American was killed by Michael Dunn a white male whom was not even convicted of murder. o 1973 Roe V Wade case legalizing abortion, giving woman rights to their bodies o Many still argue, who should control the genetic destiny of mankind o Decline in Abortion Clinics in U.S o Are women treated equally as “a person” of the United States? Reproductive Rights
