Die Rettung von Personen aus absturzgefährdeten Bereichen, z.B. begrenzten Räumen, Kränen, Klippen, Seilbahnen, etc. ist eine spezielle Herausforderung für die Feuerwehren und die medizinischen Rettungsdienste. –To provide the best possible help for victims it would be necessary that the rescuers are multi-skilled both in rope rescue techniques and in medical emergency response.
