Is statutory city in western Bohemia and capital Karlovy Vary. The population in the city is around 50,000 and active area 59.10 km ². It is an important spa resort with the famous glass and food průmyslem.řibližně organized around 1350 by Emperor Charles IV. during his stay in Loket expedition to Loket woods where he had left on the ground to establish the alleged source of hot spa called Spa at Loket, which was later renamed to Karlovy Vary. Subsequently, on 14 August 1370 Charles IV. spa granted city rights the same as in Loket.
Also called Hanácké Athens, is a district town in the Zlín Region. It is located on the Morava River at the southern end of the Upper Moravian and also in the southern tip of the fertile Hana.
