16 HOW TO CALCULATE PRICE OF BUNGALOW LAND COST When you want to choose land, call RHINO Development Sdn or to to check land price (from RM 30 psf depending on size and location). Just quote Lot and PTD number.  BUILDING COST Refer to schedule on construction cost (previous slide) as a guide. Construction cost may change without notice. Example If you choose land of 10,000 sq ft and bungalow design Type Canary 1 the cost of your bungalow is RM 300,000 + RM 364,000 + RM 29,120 (project and construction management fee) = RM 693,120
