1 Organizational Meeting: Location: To be decided Time: 06 March 2010 after the OSL Job Club (8-10 a.m.)

2  Be proactive job seekers  Share resources  Provide each other encouragement  Provide accountability in our job searches  Leave each meeting with new energy  Enter the coming week with goals/intent

3  Job seekers  Former/recent job club members  Others who can benefit from the group  Regardless of age, occupation, etc.

4  We will meet on a regular basis, once a week, at a set time.  We will set written guidelines that work for our group (like these).  Respect each member's privacy, feelings, and individuality  Change the group leader or facilitator at each meeting.  Share weekly personal goals before you leave the meeting.  Start and end on time. We will stick to a format for a one-hour meeting.  Use a timer to give each member equal time.  Don't interrupt. Hold comments until every one has a chance to speak.  No chit-chat. We will make real commitments, don't abuse the time.

We will use an egg timer (3-minute limit) We will limit the size of the group to 3-8 people.  Don't interrupt. Hold all comments until every member has a chance to speak.  No chitchat. This is a powerful place to make real commitments, don't abuse the time.
