The three major categories of deception are: Aposematism: The bright colours of this granular poison frog serve as a warning to predators of its toxic taste.granular poison frog Camouflage and Mimicry.
Frogs The green tree frogs bright green color helps them hide in grass and trees. This ability to blend into their surrounding is great to hide from predators.
BIRDS: Owls have a special talent of disguise of three different types: use color, marking or posture camouflage. A snowy owl can hardly be seen in winter; some birds choose the trees with a bark that resembles their feather patterns. Some even put themselves in a way to blend in the surroundings.
MAMMALS Leopards: Leopards are basically solitary and go out of their own to avoid each other. Each animal has a home range that connects with its neighbors; the male's range is way larger and usually connects with the one of some of the females. Leopards use their surroundings to camouflage like: bushes, tree tops to hide from prey before attacking it.
Reptiles, LIZARDS: Lizards occupy temperate and tropical habitats throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. They are also on many tropical islands throughout the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans. This lizard uses its color to blend in with the rock so the predators don’t see him. Most lizards have 4 limbs, although there are a few species of skinks that are limbless.
