2 Provider Survey Overview Survey is annual CMS requirement DMA administered 2013 survey Link to electronic survey emailed to Providers Survey initiated in August, 2013 Providers given 10 Calendar days to complete First Survey of this type conducted with all LME/MCOs 2

3 Survey Questions Provider survey consisted of 33 questions: 5 demographic/informational 23 regarding provider perception of MCO performance 5 MCO specific questions Question format Responses combined 3

4 Who Responded? 92 Providers responded to the CenterPoint survey 88% agencies 8% Licensed Independent Practitioners 4% Hospitals All three disability groups well represented The majority of survey respondents provide Community, Outpatient and Innovations services 4

5 Overall Satisfaction with LME/MCO CenterPoint received the highest overall satisfaction rating 5

6 Results Compared to State Average Scored the same or higher than the state average on 100% (23 of 23) of performance based questions Received highest score in the state for 56% (12 of 23) of performance based questions 6

7 Results compared to Western Partners CenterPoint scored higher than our Western Partners on 91% (21 of 23) performance based questions 7

8 Strengths Identified IT trainings are informative and meet agency needs Satisfied with the client appeals process MCO staff is easily accessible Customer Services is responsive to local community stakeholders Provider Network department informs of changes that affect network 8
