PubMed (MyNCBI) Register for free Must Verify email Save Searches Set up as Alerts Daily, Weekly, Monthly Citations, Abstracts, links Edit Email address – can take it with you! To get TSRI holdings Use PubMed link from Library database page Or sign in and set “outside tool” to Scripps Research Institute
Take your alerts with you Sign in to MyNCBI Click on “MyNCBI” Click User Preferences Change email Confirmation email will be sent, you must respond to verify account
OVID (Medline, PsycINFO, etc) Set up a “Personal Account” for free Save Searches Set up Alerts Weekly, biweekly, monthly Choose fields to send in email Can have links to TSRI full-text or ILLiad through SFX
ISI Web of Science Register on entry page Save Searches Set up as Alerts Weekly, monthly Citation, abstract or full record Citation Alerts Notified when paper is cited within Science Citation Index
