4 NAMI’s Peer-to-Peer Recovery Education Program  Developed by Kathryn McNulty  10 week program, 2 hours per week  Presented by 2 specially trained “Mentors”  Classes are free at NAMI affiliates  Topics include brain chemistry, relapse prevention, identifying thoughts, feeling and actions, advanced directives, mindfulness, spirituality, other recovery paths

6 Wellness Recovery Action Plan - WRAP®  Developed by Mary Ellen Copeland, Ph.D.  Minimum 16 hours, usually 8 weeks, 2 hrs./wk.  Presented by trained facilitators  Free at OOOMD wellness and recovery centers; various costs for 2 or 3 day trainings  Topics include key recovery concepts, wellness tools, daily maintenance, triggers, early warning signs, when things are breaking down, plus related action plans, crisis plan, post crisis plan, and other related recovery topics
