Day 3 Testing students’ understanding of the sonnet Day 2 Detailed explanation/ discussion of the sonnet Day 1 Acquaint the class with the poet and the Romanticism

By the end of the three days lectures the class would have understood all about the poem and poet. They would get familiar with the form of poem that is a sonnet (types and parts of sonnet) They would be capable of appreciating critically; attempting any question based on a sonnet in any form i.e. either a quiz, short answer or paraphrasing of poem.
