10. In this lesson some of the aspects of Iqbal’s personality have been described. From one stand point, he is a poet who has written lyrics, poems for children, national anthems, and the like. From other stand point, he arouse the sentiments of freedom and resentment and imbibed the feelings of ego (Khudi) in the Muslims. He addresses Muslims as falcons and produced the sentiments of sympathy for the poor, respect for elder, cooperate with others and not terming any thing as wastage. In the form of questions and answers told/taught children the best lessons in poem Cows and Goat (Bakri aur gaiye) and Bee and Spider (Makhi aur Makri).Some couplets of these poems are in this lesson, apart from this, he emphasised on reading The Holy Quran while understanding and implementing it. It is imperative on own part to make efforts towards reading it, understanding it and implementing it, and it is only possible if we understand it in rightful manner, may Allah give us veracity (Ameen).
