21 Option #2 Details - Regular Class – Time Hours per week (Approx. 7 hrs./wk.) -Fitness Center – 2 times per week (5 hrs./wk.) -Extra-Work After School - 2 Times Per Week (6 hrs./wk.) -Fall Instructional Game Schedule (20 - 25gms. – Wk.ends/Wk.days) -Transportation – Class time/all Fall Games -Accommodations on Field Trips in the Fall -Clothing ($500.00 value) -Strength and Conditioning Coordinator /Weight Training Program -Access to Spring Field Trip (Extra – Cost) -3 Full – Time Instructors -Christmas Break Session – 14 hours -Summer Extra-Work Sessions (14 – 90 minute sessions) TOTAL HOURS - 770 HOURS ($3.35/hour)

22 Extra – Work Details After School Baseball Academy Students can access the outdoor and indoor facilities to get extra help with Pitching, Hitting and Defense on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Groups will be selected in order to meet demand on facilities and keep the numbers of students involved manageable at Big League Apparel and in the Weight Room. Fall Instructional games include at least 1 trip outside the Edmonton Area all within Alberta. Local Fall games to be played at Spruce Grove, Empire Park or Callingwood Park depending on availability. Surrounding Associations will also host games for the Baseball Academy Teams.

23 Extra – Work Details Strength and Conditioning at the St. Francis Xavier High School weight room with a professional instructor on Monday through Thursday morning before school at 6:30am. Weight Room sessions are added during Christmas break for the students to stay active as well we see past graduates attend the workouts. 2 Summer Sessions per week are conducted by Sheen Bromley while focusing on Hitting and Offensive strategies – based on students wanting to participate.

Spring Training (Spring 2013) Clearwater, Florida (10 days – U.S. High Schools) Langley, B.C. (STM only – 5 days)
