Rationale – Change to What? Action Plan for Jobs outlines seven disruptive reforms - high impact measures with highly ambitious deadlines supported by senior Industry partners A new simplified incentive - JobsPlus Incentivise all employers to hire employees from the Live Register, particularly long term unemployed
Payments Value set at two levels biased in favour of the more long term unemployed - recruits unemployed for more than 12 months but less than 24 months: €7,500 recruits unemployed for more than 24 months: €10,000 Payable monthly in arrears, over a two year period – while employee retained
