1. thou art inexcusable for thou that judgest doest the same things. Rom 2:1 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. Matt 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged. with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye. 5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

2. he that is spiritual judgeth all things 1 Cor 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. judge righteous judgment. John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. if a man be overtaken in a fault Ga 6:1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Rom 2:2 we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth Rom 2:2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. (The things talked about in Romans 1) Ps 96:13 Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth. Ps 98:9 Before the LORD; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.

3. Re 19:11 ¶ And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. Rom 2:3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things (Romans 1), and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God? it is appointed judgment Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: judgment seat of Christ. Ro 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. judgment seat of Christ 2Co 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

4. Judgment Seat of Christ for believers! 1 Cor 3:11 ¶ For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. 14 If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

5. Great white throne Judgment for Lost People! a great white throne Rev 20:11 ¶ And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

6. Or despisest Summary so far, “Think we are going to escape judgment?”, Rom 2:4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? Don’t think little of God’s patience and goodness toward you, to ignore confessing and forsaking of Sin Don’t think little of God’s patience and goodness toward you, to ignore confessing and forsaking of Sin. The purpose of God’s goodness is to lead you to repentance. “But after thy hardness…”Rom 2:5 “treasurest” Lost people despise God’s goodness and longsuffering by not getting saved!

7. Do we take for granted God’s goodness, forbearance, longsuffering? How about a wife’s or husband’s or parents,! How about a boss’s, teacher’s, a friend’s……..a Pastor’s Does it lead us to repentance or to do goodness to the one that is showing it to us? Ro 11:22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. Matt 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. De 32:34 Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up among my treasures?35 To me belongeth vengeance, and recompence;…..

8. Rom 2:5 treasurest up unto thyself wrath Rom 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; 6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds: PAYDAY SOMEDAY, What kind of treasures are you laying up? Job 34:11 For the work of a man shall he render unto him, and cause every man to find according to his ways. Ps 62:12 Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work. Remember + Ro 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Rom 2:6 Rom 2:6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds:

9. Psa 28:4 Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert. Jer 3:18 Thy way and thy doings have procured these things unto thee; this is thy wickedness, because it is bitter, because it reacheth unto thine heart. Eze 7:3 Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations. Mt 16:27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. Jer 17:10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Who are those who have sinned in the Law? 1Co 9:20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; 1Co 9:21 To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.

Yes, of the Gentiles also: circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. 30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. 31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. Ro 9:32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;

Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. 4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. 5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. imputeth 6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, 7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. impute 8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Who paid the penalty of your Sin? Who shall Judge? The word “Form” only used twice in New Testament Μόρφωσις = the mere form, semblance your wisdom sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people. De 4:6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people. What one word sums up Israel’s problem?

23. FAITH faithlove. Gal 5:6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

24. Remember Romans 2:4? Heb 10:29 Heb 10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Titus 2:11 Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

25. Faith produces righteousness! believed(πιστεύω) Jas 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed (πιστεύω) God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ro 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: faith (πίστις) Ga 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith (πίστις), preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. Remember Romans 2:11 being ignorant of God’s righteousness going about to establish their own righteousness Rom 10:3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. THE PROBLEM

Purification of your heart Ac 15:9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. churches established in the faith 5. Churches establish Ac 16:5 And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily.

Rom 2:25 Rom 2:25 For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision. 26 Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision? 27 And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? 28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
