In partnership with the NSW community, WorkCover helps to achieve safe workplaces, effective return to work and increased security for injured workers. WorkCover inspectors regularly visit workplaces to check that safety and injury management systems are in place and that employers have appropriate workers compensation insurance. Select the Popular pages link to view the most commonly accessed areas of the WorkCover website. Information for Workers, Employers, Industry, Service Providers and Insurers can be found by navigating through the menu links at the top of the screen. Information about OHS, Workers Compensation and Law & Policy can be found by navigating through the menu links on the left hand side of the screen.
