1 BIO-SECURITY PROTOCOL FOR BLACK TIGER SHRIMP FARMING 1. Pond location: Pond should be built up in places in which they need to adequate condition such as: supplying water resource has depth level, and not affected by domestic and industrial waste. Pond should be set up in areas have height higher than the highest level of tide about 1m in order to be easy to discharge water and harvest process. Pond ought to construct in points where transport is easy, near by food suppliers and laboratories. A system of security and electricity are guaranteed. 2. Prepare pond Water gate and system of discharging waste should be secured to supply full of water in store pond at one time of high tide. Pumping water ought to done at middle level. Finally, optimal management techniques, including stocking densities, nutrition, and genetics are essential for all aquacultured species to develop and maintain an optimal health and immunological status to fend off any potential pathogens. 6. Harvest: When shrimp is achieved the standard size, it’s harvested collectively to reduce shrimp density in the pond. When it is about 30 g, harvest in day 7-8 after seeing shrimp/chitin shell. If the color of water disappear, it has to stimulate the appearing again. Check shrimp after one month culture: Sample of shrimp should be collected in feeding sieve to estimate amount of food. If the level of water in culture pond is lower than 1m, store pond need to treat by chlorine and added into culture one. Bio-product need to use 7 days/time and about 5 kg/1000m3 of water. If it rains, powder lime put into pond, kg/2000m2, in order to the pH can be prevent from changing suddenly, and water is also mixed. The growing of shrimp need to observe. It has high believable, one sample should include 20 – 30 shrimps.
