9 Department of Field Support/Field Personnel Division9  Candidates are initially screened for the following: − Eligibility: Education, Language and Number of Years of Work Experience, as called for in the vacancy announcement. − Suitability: Relevant skills and previous work experience − Availability and Motivation to work in hardship locations. − Looking for candidates who have the “BEST FIT”  If successful, interviewed by a specialized Panel of Experts for: − Technical experience - Do you have the technical skills and personal competencies to carry out the role? − Quantify to Qualify Screening Process
