1 Making Trophy Chocolate

2 This mould is made in 3 similar parts

3 Set your chocolate temp as low as you can

4 Take one part of mould and pour chocolate on it. Spread properly and fill all small places

5 Lightly tap to remove air bubble and invert to empty

6 Clean edges and keep aside

7 Take other two parts and hold them together

8 Use clips to fasten them together

9 Pour chocolate and fill

10 Tap lightly to remove air bubbles and clean edges

11 Join 1 st part with other two now

12 Clip them together

13 Rotate mould in all sides to ensure proper spread of chocolate inside

14 Put this mould in fridge for about 1 hour (the actual time may be different depending on your fridge. Take trials to know best time)

15 After cooling, you can see frosting on mould. Remove from fridge

16 Remove clips. Slowly push apart three sides to loosen them

17 Lift up one side

18 Slowly remove 2 nd side

19 Before removing 3 rd side, lightly press from middle of mould
