Telkom Indonesia Tbk try to developing internet services products under the name Speedy, which use the DSLAM equipment that often susceptible to disturbance.  Problem Definition  How to control disturbances occurred in DSLAM?  Hearing what often happens and how to handling?  Relationship problems, handling and performance time DSLAM system?

4  Scope of The Research limited to the type of Huawei's DSLAM located at 5600 CO location Cengkareng, Kedoya and Jakarta Indonesia Airlines on 3-month period, August to October  Objective of The Research understand how to control noise and disturbance whatever happened to do with the DSLAM system performance  Method of The Research collect the data of disturbance and sort the data from the hostname of the DSLAM, what kind of DSLAM that usually failure and when the system of DSLAM recovery.  Systematics there are five chapter from introduction until closing.

5  Operating Principle of DSLAM DSLAM working principle is to separate the voice signal from high speed traffic, and traffic control and route Digital Subscriber line (xDSL) between end-user devices  Huawei DSLAM type 5600 has 16 service board slot is called, 2 control board service, on slots 7 and 8. 28  Conclusion Based on the existing disturbance data, disturbance occurs can be grouped into four types, namely mass disturbance DSLAM, DSLAM partial disturbance, disturbance and disruption applications slow speed. Time to handling the disturbances determine how well the work performance DSLAM, the faster handling time, the better the faster the system can work like the original, the better the work performance.  Suggestion Hopefully management of existing systems are expected to be used more useful to be efficiently and more help.
