DOCUMENTS TO CARRY DURING PLANNING Job card application – to give job cards for those who do not have. Here pl ensure that Iris ration card number & SHG details are entered properly. Block & beneficiary basic info template – to fill the data in CLDP information link under admin sub module of CLDP module in RAGS software Input sheets – for generating estimates Template for accounts info – for filling details of CIG in accounts sub module of CLDP module. & for facilitating payment to para worker.
OUTCOMES AFTER FIELD VISIT Filled in Job card application along with bank/post office savings account number Filled in basic info template Filled in Input sheets Name, bank branch name & account number of CIG along with cheque book details (leaves’ number – from & to) Name of para worker along with bank/post office account number.
OUTCOMES AT MCC AFTER FIELD VISIT All beneficiaries have job card Basic info - data entry completed Estimates generated with block wise admin sanctions proceedings and farmer wise proceedings. Accounts related information duly filled.

FUND FLOW After block wise admin sanctions are given, ___ % of amount related to NABARD funding has to be released to CIG group account. Copy SHOULD go to MCC for entering the release info in accounts sub module of CLDP module. The entire amount will be taken as advance to CIG. The TA has to bring the vouchers for adjusting against the advance.
FUND FLOW Like in horticulture the entire works for which work commencement orders are given will be shown in advance link. The vouchers have to be adjusted against the individual works. After each adjustment, RCs and adjustment proceedings will be generated. System will not allow releases (or advance) beyond estimated value. Adjustments also will be as per the amount released. ie we cannot release (advance) less & try to adjust for more.
