A+B+C+D Audience Behavior Condition Degree

A+B+C+D (for Analysis) Who needs help? What needs to change? How will this happen? To what extent?

A+B+C+D After training, shop mechanics will improve their work ticket times by 30%. Who needs help? What needs to change? How will this happen? To what extent?

“ People ignore design that ignores people.” Frank Chimero

A+B+C+D (for Design) How can I meet their needs? How can I ensure the desired results? How should the content be delivered? What level mastery do they need?

Let’s Design! AnalysisDesign Who needs help? A family of 6 with 2 dogs: Parents, 1 yr old twins, 13 yr old, a 16 yr old How to meet their needs? What needs to change? Where they live How can we ensure it will be an effective solution? How will this happen? When they move to Arizona next month How should it be delivered? What extent? Long term, $200,000+/- To what extent do they need it?
