3 FIELD OPERATING GUIDE OBJECTIVE OF CRES-FOG: To Develop and Institutionalize a Streamlined, Comprehensive Field Operating Guide that will Ensure a Coordinated, Orderly Evacuation of ALL Population in the 20 Storm Surge (Risk) Counties (as identified in the Hurricane Study) and their subsequent Sheltering.
