3 Enrollment Requirements Complete the following before the start of school year:  Physical Forms –Athletes have physical exams after June 1 –Physicals required for attendance  Up-to-Date Immunization Records  Birth Certificates –Provide the original with seal for copying

19 Spanish Placement Test for Incoming Freshmen The placement test will be given on the following days: Wednesday, February 18: Grant native speakers, Gavin, St. Bede, Prince of Peace, and McHenry Middle schools native speakers 2:00 pm-4:00 pm, at Grant in room 291 Wednesday, February 18: Big Hollow, at Big Hollow Middle School 8:00 am – 9:30 am Friday, February 20: Stanton, at Stanton Middle School 9:00 am – 10:30 am Tuesday, February 24: Palombi native speakers at Palombi Middle School 12:55pm-2:25pm
