Challenges Limited candidates: the R&D candidate talent pool is extremely competitive in Chinese market, and the client had very strict technical qualification requirement. Low attractive offer: low employer branding, no regular headcount; uncompetitive salary range. Lack of in-house recruitment team: only had one person to handle this recruitment project, to finish in a relatively short period of time.
