Enter JFC or JFC pillar MDHU PLYMOUTH KEY FACTS: The first of Five MDHU’s, opened in 180 Military personnel made up of Navy, Army, RAF. The Headquarters, made up of Civilian and Military personnel is located in the Norwich Union Building. The Military Patient Admin Cell (MPAC) is situated in the NU Building with a supporting office within the Hospital. Defence Medical Welfare Service (DMWS) share an office with the MPAC in the hospital.
