Pipe Condition Flags
Purpose of Culvert Inspections Identify bad pipes to be replaced during scheduled highway project. Reduce the incidence of road failures from deteriorated pipes.
Inspection Basics Inspection Codes: 1 = Good as new condition 2 = Some wear, but structurally sound 3 = Extensive deterioration, consider for repair or replacement 4 = Critical deterioration 0 = Not rate-able
