The midterm exam is a take home project where students will be given a problem to consider some emerging technology and to develop a business plan for exploiting that idea. The topics covered in the first part of the course will be useful in preparing this proposal. Students are expected to use any resource available to them in the development of the plan, except other students in the class. Sources of collaborative effort need to be credited and may be contacted for reference when grading. Midterm
