REPORT FORMAT Follow the IA rules to the letter on headings and sections. Common mistake: the word ‘criteria’ instead of the sub-section name
REPORT FORMAT : TITLE PAGE Minimum things: Title of paper Your name and IB student number (if you don’t have it, put XXXXXXX and we will reprint if needed) Subject and level Day/month/year of submission Word count
APPENDIX LIST A. teacher consent form (blank) B. Student consent form (blank) C. Raw data table D. Briefing statement E. De-briefing statement F. Standardized instructions G. Copy of instrument used (whatever you used to collect the DV) Everything else after these!
