6 Personality Type Knowing your personality type is one way to understand yourself – your strengths, weaknesses, and preferences All personality types are created equal! – By learning about the different types, we can understand and appreciate differences between people.

7 Myers-Briggs Type Indicator There are many different types of personality tests The MBIT is a popular personality test that is often used by businesses and other organizations to: – Help guide hiring and placement decisions – Guide team building – Help employees better understand their own behavior and preferences
