3 2010 Election Administration and Voting Survey (EAVS)  To provide information on 2010 Election Data, the EAC will begin releasing data from its 2010 Election Administration and Voting Survey next summer.  It will feature state-by-state data on registration, turnout, and a variety of other related topics.  The State Board of Elections, with input from county boards, will respond to this survey no later than January 31, 2010.

5 EAVS Survey: UOCAVA Section FWAB  How many FWABs did you receive?  How many FWABs were counted?  How many FWABs were rejected?  Why were they FWABs rejected?  Divide responses by MIL and OVR.

6 EAVS Survey: Election Administration  Number of poll workers  Divide poll workers by age  Opinion as to the availability of poll workers

7 FVAP Post-Election Survey  The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) requires the Federal Voting Assistance Program to determine the registration and participation rates for overseas civilians and uniformed service members. According to the FVAP, “[d]ata from the 2010 Post-Election Survey will be used to assess and improve the Federal Voting Assistance Program's initiatives that support UOCAVA voter accessibility and participation in elections for federal office.”

8 FVAP Post-Election Survey  Participation in this survey is optional.  Participation is encouraged, especially for large and military counties.  If you do participate in the survey, please send a copy of your survey responses to the SBOE.

9 Overseas Vote Foundation  OVF is not connected in any way with any US government or US military organization. OVF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonpartisan public charity incorporated in Delaware.  According to its website, the Overseas Vote Foundation (OVF) helps overseas and military voters participate in federal elections.

10 Overseas Vote Foundation  Participation in this survey is optional.  If you do respond, please be sure to keep a copy of your responses for your records.

11 Other Groups  Other groups may contact you for information.  Use discretion if survey is voluntary.  Determine if request is a public records request. If so, you will need to provide the information.
