3 3 SAM Background Sewer Authority Mid-Coastside (SAM) Serving a Population of ~25,000 SAM’s Regional System Includes: – 3 Main Pumping Stations – 8-mile Wastewater Conveyance Line along Highway 1 – Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Half Moon Bay – Ocean Outfall
