13 Qualitative Analysis Sample of Reported Outcomes  “I helped train my departmental colleagues with a fierce passion for helping international students.”  I created a study abroad program to Singapore for students in our College –something I’d never have had the confidence to do prior to GPP.  After seeing the impact of GPP among my cohort, I influenced our College to make a financial commitment to sending more advisors abroad.  I now work harder to ensure concise, easy-to-understand communications (written & verbal) to ALL my advisees.  I encourage students to take study abroad risks, because “If I can do it…” 2014 OIRAE Assessment Forum
