The current version of SAP will become unsupported by SAP in March 2013 When is it happening… The scheduled outage is from 3am BST, Aug 10 th to 3am BST, Aug 13 th (72 hrs) What is unavailable during the outage... SAP and a number of associated applications – see next slide for details/impacts Emergency ordering process available only for Emergency Services Organisations Down systems only – see next slides for definition and contact details. Our request to you for help... Please engage with your Partners and ask them work around the outage on that weekend Internal users, Partners and Distis MUST update their SAP GUI software to version 720. BUSINESS IMPACT : Partners WILL NOT be able to access the new SAP system and create quotes if they do not upgrade their GUI beforehand Please stress the importance with your partners to review and act on the information already sent to them about the SAP GUI upgrade.
