4 TO OBTAIN SOFT QUOTES KINDLY PROVIDE US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION COMMODITY-WISE: Association in more than 40 countries around the world Vast experience in Commodity trading for over 25 years (4) TERMS & PROCEDURES 1.AFTER THE QUANTITY, PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS ARE FINALIZED BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE SELLER, BUYER ISSUES BANK ENDORSED ICPO IN SELLER’S FORMATS (SAMPLE WILL BE PROVIDED ON REQUEST). 2.SELLER ISSUES FCO (FULL CORPORATE OFFER). 3.BUYER SIGNS, SEALS AND RETURNS THE FCO, WITHOUT ANY CHANGE/ALTERATION. 4.SELLER ISSUES A DRAFT CONTRACT FOR THE BUYER'S REVIEW, APPROVAL AND SIGNATURES WITH HARD COPIES OF THE SAME TO FOLLOW BY COURIER AFTER THE PARTIES HAVE AGREED TO ANY CHANGES IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DRAFT CONTRACT. SELLER’S INVOIVING AGENTS CUM L/C BENEFICIARY SEND TO BUYER THE PROPOSED TEXT OF THE BUYER’S PRE-OPERATIVE FULLY FUNDED L/C, AS WELL AS THE NAME OF THE ISSUING BANK AND DRAFT TEXT OF THE 2% PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE BOND FOR REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE BY BUYER (THIS IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITY) 5.BUYER RETURNS THE ACCEPTED TEXT OF THE PRE-OPERATIVE FULLY FUNDED L/C AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE SELLER’S TEXT OF THE 2% PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE BOND ISSUING BANK TO THE INVOICING AGENTS, WITH COPY TO THE SELLERS, DULY SIGNED AND SEALED, FOR OPENING THE NON-OPERATIVE L/C. 6.BUYER SIGNS, SEALS AND AFFIXES HIS PHOTOGRAPH IN THE CONTRACT AND HAS HIS SIGNATURE DULY NOTARISED, AND ENDORSED BY THE INDIAN EMBASSY, THE CONSULATE OR THE TRADE COMMISSIONER IN THE BUYER'S COUNTRY. 7.SELLER AND/OR THE INVOICING / AGENTS WILL PROVIDE PROOF OF PRODUCT (POP), WHERE PRACTICABLE, ON A BANK TO BANK BASIS, THROUGH "SWIFT" OR (KTT) PROCESS, OR A CHAMBER OF COMMERCE CERTIFICATE. 8.BUYER CAUSES ITS BANK TO ISSUE TO SELLER’S BANK ACCOUNT THE PRE-OPERATIVE FULLY-FUNDED L/C. 9.SELLER’S INVOICING AGENTS CUM L/C BENEFICIARY PROVIDES A 2% PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE BOND OF THE L/C VALUE, WHICH WILL DULY ACTIVATE THE BUYER'S LETTER OF CREDIT. 10.BUYER. AT THEIR EXPENSE, MAY INSPECT THE MATERIAL AT THE LOADING PORT AT LEAST 5 (FIVE) DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE VESSEL TO THE LOADING PORT. 11.
