Eastport is the key to developing Maine. There is storage space in Searsport but the port is controlled by Sprague Energy. To take advantage of a good supply of local biomass and the massive biomass supply of the north, Owning and controlling the deepest Port on the East Coast of the United States is a Privilege. Leasing/Locking Up Eastport is little risk for great reward.
