Ex 2 – A meteorologist finds the height of a cloud using a ceilometer. A ceilometer consists of a light projector that directs light upward and a light detector that is away from the source and scans the cloud for the light projected. The base between the light and the detector is 300 ft and the angle of elevation is 75º, how high is the cloud?
